Just back from the Bulk Barn i love that store and they always have things i can't find anywhere else ;) However i also spend too much $ there!! Anyway we biked there and back and i also managed to get a 55 mins walk in. Did an upper body workout. I try to get as much as i can in on days i don't work just because i have extra time, also this week for a change i have no volunteer meetings ;)

I just finished the best lunch ever!! Pita chips hot from the oven with cumin and lime seasoning, skinny hummus (30 cals 2 tbsp), salsa with some added jalapeno peppers thrown in, banana dipped in silhouette mango/vanilla yogurt!! I'm stuffed ;)
